Welcome to B. Nicole Studios! We’re so excited to pamper you. To keep things smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please review our salon policies:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Please schedule appointments in advance.

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Running Late

• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

• If later, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

3. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, cards, and salon gift certificates.

• Gift cards and prepaid packages are final sale and non-transferable.

4. Service Satisfaction & Refunds

• Please notify your service technician during your service at any time you are dissatisfied with service. Once gel, designs, and crystals/3D charms are cured and or service is completed a new design and removal fee will be applied to change and/or add new design. You are encouraged to speak up before services are completed.

• Refunds are not typically offered, but adjustments may be made at our discretion should there be any.

• Face and body care products may not be returned due to the nature of the product. May be exchanged in store for equal value if unopened and undamaged within 7 days of purchase.

5. Health, Wellness & Safety Policy

• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical needs before services.

• Do not come to the salon if you are ill or contagious (fever, cough, flu, etc.).

• We will gladly reschedule your appointment if needed.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By booking a service, you release [Your Salon Name] and staff from liability for:

• Reactions to services/products if conditions were not disclosed.

• Unforeseen outcomes beyond reasonable control.

• Pre-existing conditions affected by salon services.

7. Children & Guests

• Children are welcome only if they are receiving services and accompanied by an adult.

• Limit extra guests to ensure a relaxing environment.

8. Privacy & Personal Data

• Client details are kept private, used only for booking and communication.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

These policies may be updated. Continued booking implies acceptance of the most recent version.
